Changes and Returns
- We do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges and returns of unworn garments within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Product condition: For any process, products must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels.
- For any alteration to the product as a result of handling that is not necessary to establish its nature, conformity, characteristics, or proper functioning, Palaios reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement of the product.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Before making any return, please contact us by email at or by phone at. The customer will have five (5) business days, from the date of notification of their decision, to return the products.

3. If your exchange is accepted, once we receive the item, we will proceed with shipping the new order.
IMPORTANT: In case of exchanges, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs or payment processing fees. In the event that a return is received that does not comply with our policies, the items will be returned to the sender.
WARRANTY
Our garments have a one (1) year warranty period from the moment our customers receive the product. After this time, no merchandise claims will be accepted under any circumstances. In case of a warranty claim, our quality department will review it and we will provide a response within eight (8) business days.
If the garment can be repaired, we will proceed with the necessary repairs. Otherwise, we will replace it with a new one with the same characteristics in perfect condition. Normal Wear and Tear: Please note that natural wear and tear of the product is not covered by this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to: progressive loss of color or wear of technical fabrics due to prolonged exposure to sun, chlorine, salt, or sand; natural loss of elasticity over time; pilling (lint) generated by friction with rough surfaces; and scratches, opacity, or alterations to our natural gems and hardware resulting from regular use.

2.1 GENERAL WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
- The product must not be altered from its original condition.
- The garment must have been purchased through our website, www.palaios.com.co, or through our direct communication channels (Instagram and WhatsApp).
