SHIPPING AND DELIVERATIONS
What are your shipping times and costs?
All our orders take a maximum of 3 business days to be processed before dispatch. From that moment, delivery times are:
- Bogotá, Chía, and Cajicá: Courtesy (free) shipping with express delivery in 1 to 2 business days.
- Rest of Colombia: Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days.
Can I have my order delivered to a hotel or temporary address?
To ensure the security of your items, we do not accept shipments to temporary addresses such as hotels or Airbnbs. Please provide a permanent residential or work address to avoid delays or loss.
What happens if I make a mistake in my delivery address?
The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because there was no one to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. The costs of this new delivery must be covered by the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 1 business day for the carrier's platform to show the first updates.
CHANGES
Do you offer refunds?
We do not issue cash refunds. However, we would be happy to help you process a size or item exchange to ensure you have the correct piece.
How long do I have to request an exchange?
You have a maximum of 30 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request any changes.
What are the conditions for a change to be accepted?
To maintain the integrity of our garments, items must be returned in absolutely pristine condition. This means: strictly unworn, unwashed, stain-free, and with all original tags, labels, and the hygienic liner intact. We reserve the right to refuse items that show any signs of alteration.
Who pays for shipping on exchanges?
The costs associated with shipping the garment back to our studio, as well as the freight of the new order to your address, are the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY AND CARE
Do the garments have a warranty?
Yes, we back the structural accuracy of our designs by offering a 1-year manufacturing warranty, effective from the date of receipt of your purchase.
What situations are not covered by the warranty?
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not include natural wear and tear of technical textiles or wearable amulets incorporated into the garments. This excludes:
- Loss of color or alteration of the fabric due to exposure to sun, chlorine, salt, or sand.
- Natural loss of elasticity over time.
- Pilling caused by friction with rough surfaces.
- Scratches, opaqueness, or wear on our natural gemstones and hardware resulting from regular use.
